RCAS Annual General Meeting is held at the beginning of November each year.

All members are invited. The secretary and treasurer stand for annual election or re-election and committee members including the chairman are elected and re-elected on a 3 year cycle by all RCAS members present .

The chair reports back on the year and the treasurer presents the accounts for approval. Committee members give a short feedback on recent issues and projects. Members are invited to raise issues, suggest projects and offer support.

The Gold Star awards are presented at the AGM to the owners, developers and designers of the successful projects.

The ward councillors are invited to attend the meeting to share any information they have on local issues.

This will be an online meeting through Zoom, open to members only, by prior notification.

All members on our mailing list will be invited to register for this event through our alert emails.

If you wish to join the meeting, but are not on our mailing list, please email by 5pm on 10th November 2021. You will then be sent a joining link.
