RCAS has commented supporting retention of the building but objecting to the proposed use as student accommodation. Revisions have been made to improve the living conditions of future residents but RCAS objection stands.
Planning committee 3 Sept voted to refuse the application against officer recommendations. The planning officers were asked to redraft their report to recommend refusal rather than approval for the following committee on 14th October.
RCAS will attend the planning committee meeting.
